No Tricks, Just Treats for Halloween in Strawberry!
Halloween time is so much fun! The fall weather, decorations, little kids dressed in adorable costumes, and of course CANDY! Our family doesn't partake in any of the "spooky" or "scary" activities... you could say we fall more along the lines of Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown vibes. The sweet, innocent, fun stuff! Lucky for us, there's lots of good old fashion fun in the area for kids and adults alike. We thought we'd round up all of the local events for you so that you can come up and join in on all the fun!

Payson Community Garden - Pumpkin Patch:
With just one more day left of the pumpkin patch on Saturday, October 16 from 8am-4pm, you won't want to miss this sweet spot! The community garden is just a quick 15-20 minute drive from the Inn. Donations suggested for admission & credit cards accepted!
Pine Strawberry Fire Department - Trunk-or-Treat Event:
Hosted every year, the Pine Strawberry Fire Department and members of the community park their vehicles, trucks, canopies, & hatchbacks decorated for your entertainment and pass out candy and goodies! There is music, entertainment, and fun - happening on Saturday, October 30 @ 5pm at Fire Station 41 in Pine. Each year, we donate candy for the Trunk or Treat event... if you'd want to contribute, we are taking donations in the amount of $5 via Venmo (@thestrawberryinn - please note "trunk or treat" in the transaction notes!). We thank you in advance for your generosity!

Payson Event Center - Trunk or Treat Fall Festival:
Plenty of entertainment and candy to go around, both adults and children alike will have fun attending the Payson Trunk or Treat Festival. Admission is FREE! Event takes place on Saturday, October 30 from 4pm-7pm (or until all the candy is gone!) at the Payson Event Center about 20 minutes from Strawberry.

Old County Inn - Nash Halloween Bash:
Now this event is going to be jam-packed with FUN! Head to Old County Inn on Saturday, October 30 from 2pm-4pm for mini horse pictures, pony rides for kids, food and drink specials, and more. Kids in costume will receive a free mini pumpkin and candy! For the adults, you'll love the food, drink, and ambiance!

Community Fire Pit - Our Lower Park Yard:
For guests who will be staying with us over Hallo-weekend, stop by our hosted fire pit at the Lower Park Yard starting at 6pm on Saturday, October 30! We'd love to see your adorable costumes and festive wear! There are lots of photo ops at the Lower Park including our Berry Bus (tag us in your photos @thestrawberryinn!) With fire pits going, a family-friendly movie projected under the stars, and merchandise and snacks for sale, you'll want to stop by and say "hi!"
THAT Brewery - Halloween Celebration:
On Halloween, Sunday, October 31, THAT Brewery in Pine is hosting a staff costume contest! Staff will be dressed up and patrons will get to vote on who wore their costume best! They are also offering $1 off your first beer for anyone dining at the restaurant in costume. It's going to be a blast!
All in all, there is no shortage of things to do during this year's Hallo-weekend up in Rim Country! If you and your family will be taking part in any of these activities, we would LOVE to see your photos and videos - please tag us on socials (@thestrawberryinn).
Stay safe & have a very festive Halloween!
