Hey everyone, it’s Carson here! I’m taking over the blog for the day to talk all about Valentine’s Day. When February rolls around, I’m always looking for something special I can do for Amber to surprise her! I figured I’d take a few minutes and share some romantic ideas so you can all look like rock stars when February 14th rolls around. You can thank me later!
Valentine’s Day is on a Saturday this year, and also falls on a three-day weekend, but reservations are booking fast and we have limited availability! Whether you are staying with us over Valentine's weekend or maybe celebrating the week before or after, we always say the vacation starts when you back out of the driveway, so start your getaway off right enjoying tunes on our Spotify playlist during your scenic drive. It’s also the perfect chance to game plan and get excited about how to spend your time away together.
I’ve had plenty of success with surprising Amber with a weekend getaway, but the best is when we check into our room and there’s a bonus surprise waiting for her. I’m making it easy for you to do the same! For Valentine’s Weekend, guests checking in between February 6th-16th will get the option of adding on the Romance Package. You’ll receive what I refer to as the “fancy” bottle of rosé, pair of wine glasses (you get to keep those as a lasting memento of your romantic weekend), your choice of early check-in or late check-out, and package of locally made fudge. That said, if a full inn stay isn't in the budget this year, you can still pull off a romantic win by finding great deals on experiences or gifts.
