We're thrilled to announce a Mother's Day dinner with Cloth & Flame on Saturday, May 7th in front of our inn! We'll be celebrating mothers with a unique culinary experience dining al fresco amongst the pines.
If you've heard of Cloth & Flame, you know how iconic their dinners are. With food and beverage made with locally inspired ingredients, a simple yet elegant dinner and reception setup with market lights lit up as dusk turns to night, mixed with community gathering together - they are such special events that we have been lucky enough to take part in in years past!
We initially connected with the Cloth & Flame team when we attended the Lavender Farm dinner in Pine last year. We had such a special time experiencing the event and meeting owners Matt and Olivia and hearing all about their incredible company. We got to dreaming about someday hosting an event at our special little landmark inn - offering a getaway opportunity for those who both have wanted to experience our boutique hotel and a Cloth & Flame dinner! We're excited that it has officially become a reality!
This will truly be unlike anything we have done at The Strawberry Inn before and we are SO excited! Our community of guests will dine together under the stars in front of the Inn and windmill on Saturday evening. The night will be kicked off at 6pm with a welcome reception with passed hors d'oeuvres and delicious handcrafted cocktails. At sunset, dinner will begin with an Arizona-centric menu from Executive Chef Nick Rusticus. There will be music, fresh mountain air, and plenty of good times. After the event ends at 9pm, guests can retreat to their Strawberry accommodation for a quiet escape and to gear up for Mother's Day in the morning! Sounds like a perfect night to us.
