We are thrilled to be celebrating our second anniversary as Windmill Coffee! We have loved getting to know our local Pine-Strawberry community as well as meeting so many of the wonderful guests from The Strawberry Inn and other visitors enjoying the area.
In the past year, we have started expanding Windmill Coffee as our adult children have become more involved in the business. Michael is the friendly barista you’ll most likely meet every day. Steven started roasting coffee beans in the windmill for his coffee roasting business, WindmillCoffeeRoasters.com.
Alyssa & Joshua have begun offering tiny, delicious Dutch pancakes called Poffertjes in a weekly, Saturday pop-up shop right outside the ‘mill during the summer months. We are also planning to expand our baked goods menu in response to many requests from our guests! We have also developed two new seasonal items: Maple Latte & a refreshing Honey Cream Italian Soda.
