Easter is on its way! This holiday is one of our family’s most favorite of the year; we’re so excited to share some fun festivities in town and the scoop on the Strawberry Easter Bunny too…
If you like to attend church on Resurrection Sunday, there are several houses of worship here in town. Strawberry Chapel is located right down the road from us on Fossil Creek, and they will have service at 10am with refreshments beforehand. The nearby Parkview Baptist Church is at 10:30am as well if you’d like to attend!
Easter morning, we have it on good authority that a certain bunny will be stopping by! Plan on joining us for an egg hunt at all three of our yard spaces- in front of the Inn, the Lower Park Yard, and the Upper Park Yard is where you certainly might find colorful eggs scattered by the Easter Bunny- so bring your baskets! With LOTS of eggs, photo ops, and more, be sure to tag us in your precious photos on Instagram and Facebook- we can’t wait to see!
Dan at Windmill Coffee will be serving up coffee, espresso, Italian sodas, and more - so be sure to hop on by and grab a delicious beverage or treat! Open every morning.
Looking for a place to enjoy a traditional Easter meal on your vacay? Many of our local favorite restaurants are having yummy specials, no reservations required:
· THAT Brewery, PINE: Easter Sunday Special- Smoked bone-in ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans (11am – 8pm)
· Bandit’s Bar & Grill, STRAWBERRY: Easter Sunday Dinner- Baked honey ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans, dinner roll (Starting at 1pm)
· The Randall House, PINE: Breakfast specials and wonderful favorites in an adorable historic-home setting or deli-style picnic salads to go (all weekend)
