The long-awaited King Cottages are here and ready for guests; each sleeps a max of four lucky individuals in a cozy king-sized bed and pull out sofa sleeper! Think of them as expanded hotel suites with more amenities and space, but do plan to leave the pups at home. These are the only cottages to feature a highly-requested king bed. We actually designed and created this floor plan ourselves, just for the inn and our guests! The King Cottages are located in the Lower Park and back up to the seasonal creek, making them the perfect spot to include a private back deck. Don’t be surprised if you spot some elk; in fact, I'd be more surprised if you didn't spot them as they are all around this area! Beyond, you'll have lots of your own outdoor space with a large paver patio, picnic table, grassy turf and even a private hot tub just for you!
Enter your cottage by climbing the steps onto your large front porch. Head inside, where you’ll be greeted by an open family room including kitchenette and dining space too. The sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie together on the wall-mounted smart TV. It also transitions into a full-sized sofa sleeper when it's time for bed! The kitchenette is basic but sufficient- featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee bar with Keurig, plus glassware and bottle openers.
From there, walk through the oversized bathroom to the bedroom. The bathroom includes a large double vanity with two sinks, separate wet-room with walk-in shower, linens and of course- the toilet! As you should expect with any of our lodging options, you’ll find thoughtful finishes throughout.
Pass through the hall into the large bedroom with king-size bed, storage bench with hanging space, and flat screen smart TV. You’ll sleep like a baby here for sure. The bedroom has a picture window and glass door leading to the private back deck looking out to the trees and creek bed- it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
