Property Feature: The Bungalow!

We love being able to offer multiple lodging options for groups of all sizes and needs. The Bungalow is located at The Lower Park, right next to The Yard. Because of that, it has amazing outdoor space including private patios that overflow into the Lower Park yard- a great way to meet other travelers! The Bungalow sleeps 6 guests very comfortably, and has multiple hang-out spots that you’ll love utilizing.

Let’s take a tour! When you walk through the private front gate, you’ll find a beautiful closed-in front yard and patio with a big porch swing by the front door. Head inside to the open concept dining and living room. The big sofas in the living room center on a cozy fireplace with a large TV directly above it, and one of the sofas turns into a comfortable queen-size bed! From the dining room, head down two steps into the Den! Here, you'll find 2 day beds and 2 side chairs surrounding the entertainment center. Each daybed is a twin size, perfect for kids! Bright light fills the space, and sliding doors on two sides of the room give access to the amazing outdoor space.

Head out back to check out the hot tub, outdoor living space, and outdoor dining table. Gas grill is also available for guest use- perfect for grilling dinner on vacation. Make your way back inside, and check out the kitchen. Moody forest green cabinets are the perfect complement to the view outside. Open upper shelving, modern and luxurious finishes, full appliances, and more! There is a small breakfast nook with seating for 4. Go around the corner, and check out the large pantry/laundry room! From there, you won’t want to miss the expansive back deck. The odds are pretty high that you’ll spot some wildlife while relaxing out there.

When you go back inside, go down the hallway and you’ll bump into the main bedroom. This luxurious space features a king-size Tuft and Needle bed, natural light (with dark curtains to close if you want to sleep in while on vacay!), clothing storage, and beautiful finishes. There is also private access to the back deck! The last stop in the house is the incredible bathroom. The large shower features marble picket tile, a beautiful large vanity, and plenty of storage space for all of your toiletries.

That’s the tour! This house is perfect for little families, groups of friends, couples, and more. Just keep in mind- this property is NOT dog-friendly, so plan ahead to leave your pups at home.
