As many of you know, launching our renovated vintage airstreams has been a long time coming! We've now renovated 4 airstream trailers (not including our own personal airstream that we had for a little while) in the last year! Since the first 2 Airstream Suites launched at the start of June 2021, we've had many guests experience the ultimate way to "glamp" at The Strawberry Inn! We now have 3 Airstream Suites at our Lower Park, and - last, but certainly not least, we have opened up our fourth and final Premium Airstream for bookings as of the end of September.
If you're wanting to experience the ultimate glamping getaway for two and feel like you want to level up the experience with extra-special amenities, this one's for you! Read below to see why we lovingly refer to this airstream as the "Honeymoon Suite!"
You've probably seen lots of photos we have shared on social media of our Airstream Suites, but this Premium Airstream #4 is very different from the rest! When you arrive at the airstream, you see the front of the trailer and a private gated yard to the left side. Once you make your way through the gate, you'll take in the enclosed yard area equipped with a hot tub, picnic tables, and plenty of seating to enjoy the seasonal creek below & the towering pines above you.
As you enter the airstream, you'll find a surprisingly-spacious lounge area with a futon-style sofa and television for cuddling up and watching a movie during your stay. The small galley kitchen is just steps away, where you'll be able to enjoy a retro mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine for a nice morning cup of coffee.
Just past the kitchen to the left is a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. This one is larger than in our Airstream Suites! (I'll let you in on a little secret, we didn't even intend for the bathroom to be this big, but now that we see it - it's a happy little accident that I am sure our guests will thoroughly enjoy!). In the back of the airstream is the bedroom area where you'll find the typical fluffy, cozy, and heavenly bed - a standard at any of our properties!
As we worked to launch this Premium Airstream, we just kept thinking how perfect it would be for a romantic getaway and special celebration for two. We know it will serve as an extra special and unique place to stay for guests celebrating their honeymoons, anniversaries, babymoons, and more!
