Our business continues to grow and we’re so thankful! As a result, it’s time to grow our team again! We're looking for a Reservations + Booking Assistant to join us! This full-time administrative position is at our offsite office in Scottsdale and is perfect for someone who loves customer service, hospitality, and creating wonderful experiences for guests. Previous hospitality experience is required. We're looking forward to working with an enthusiastic, driven individual who is ready to learn and adapt to our fast-paced environment. You will be assisting with guest experiences for The Strawberry Inn, and for our Scottsdale vacation rentals.

Reservations + Bookings Assistant
Do you think of yourself as a “get it done” kind of person?

Do you have 1 year of experience at the front desk of a hotel located in Scottsdale?
Can you make people feel at ease, so that they trust you are taking care of their problems?

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-year experience as a front desk attendant at a Scottsdale hotel
Occasional weekend coverage availability
Basic understanding of MS Office
Skill in negotiation and selling
Responsibilities:
Help our guests understand basic information about their stay, and kindly handle any complaints. Answering any questions with urgency and professionalism.
Coordinate with vendors to make sure that our guests never have a bad experience due to us missing something.
Have a customer-service oriented attitude, with no task feeling too small or too big!
Learn current policies and procedures and create new ones to make your life easier and our guest stays better!
Be the squeaky wheel on things that the team or our vendors need to accomplish. And solve problems independently, within guidelines, as needed.
Use your reliable vehicle to check on Scottsdale locations and meet vendors (with mileage compensation).
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation
$20-$22/hour plus benefits (healthcare & PTO).
